Red Line 10w40 Motor Oil - Quart (Case 12 Bottles)

I realize choosing oil vendors is a bit like religion. I'll keep it short by saying that I've owned over 30 cars, modified the engines of 18 of them, and have two cars with seriously modded engines today.I started using Red Line in 2003 at the recommendation of a good friend. The first time I used it was in my BMW M3 that runs 487HP on the Dyno. When I changed the oil the first time, I was amazed at the condition of it, after 3,000 miles of hard use, it smelled and looked like the day I put it in. Six years later and moving the oil changes out to 6,000 miles, the results are still the same. And I purchased a 7 series L model since and went with Red Line in that one too.So if you aren't religious about your current brand, give Red Line a try. It may make you a Red Line cult follower. ;-D

Red Line D4 Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) - 1 Quart, Pack of 12

Redline ATF is priced about the same to slightly more than some other fully synthetic ATF's but it is the best and for a product you may only change a couple of times in the life of your car (and only if you keep your car a long time) it is well worth it. Noticeably shifts better all around but especially in Cold weather.

Red Line 5W30 Synthetic Oil - 1 Quart, Pack of 12

I use this oil for my 370z instead of the junk the dealership will put into your car. Because its synthetic with Esters its a good choice. The moment I put it into my 370z there was less vibrations and every thing just felt smoother.

OTC 6521 Leak Tamer Plus EVAP Smoke Diagnostic Machine

An EVAP smoke machine is becoming a necessity with newer vehicles, not just for EVAP systems, but for many other systems as well. This machine allows you to pinpoint intake and vacuum leaks in only a few minutes as well as exhaust leaks and cracked manifolds. I use it every time I install a new catalytic, to check weld continuity. As always Amazon's price is the best and with Amazon prime, one day shipping was only $3.99.

Red Line 75W90 Non-Limited Slip Synthetic Gear Oil - 1 Quart, Pack of 12

I was told that this stuff helps on old transaxles. I used it on my 1983 Porsche 928S with good results. My trany was worn out when I purchased my car and would not shift well. I put this synthetic oil in my transaxle and it helped significantly. It did not fix my problem nor completely eliminate it but it did make it livable for over a year until I could afford to fix my trany. I am gong to now use it in hopes that it will make my new trany last over the average 100,000 miles that this particular transaxle supposedly usually lasts.

Red Line D4 ATF - Quart (Case 12 Bottles)

Have been using Red Line oil for many years in many different applications from race cars to daily drivers. I just recently purchased some of this D4 ATF to replace the Toyota T-IV in my 2006 camry SE. Did a complete flush. WOW!! I didnt know this car could shift any better. I am very confident in this fluid and have see it perform time and again here in the hot phoenix summers. Heat is the #1 enemy in any auto transmission and this fluid addresses this issue by allowing them to run much cooler. My trans is running about 20 degrees cooler than before the flush. Very happy with this product and highly recommend it for anyone looking to reduce wear, extend drain intervals and reduce heat and at the same time possibly improve shift characteristics.

Redline Detection (RDL950003A) Smoke Pro Total Tech Leak Detector Kit

This detector is not cheap but if you have a vacuum leak and want to find it without doing a lot of trial and error parts replacement, it's likely the best tool you can get.I had a vacuum leak on my 1996 BMW that caused a rough idle for the first 10-15 minutes. At first, I could barely detect it. Over the period of 2 years (yes I had the problem for 2 whole years!), the idle got progressively worse.I replaced the O2 sensors (2 of the 4), the intake gaskets, the oil separator, the catalytic converters, the mass air-flow sensor, the temperature sending unit -- all to no avail. After hooking up this detector and pumping smoke into the intake system for about 1 minute, smoke rolled out between the throttle body and the intake manifold and I knew I'd finally found the cause.Twenty minute trip to the dealership for parts, another 30 minutes to replace the $10 gasket and the problem was finally solved! This tool is very well made and should last a long time. It's simple to use. All you need is a source for compressed air. If you suspect a vacuum leak, this is the way to know for sure exactly where it is.

Royal Purple 05530 API-Licensed SAE 5W-30 High Performance Synthetic Motor Oil - 5 Gallon

If you buy the 5 gallon pail you get an awesome price, and it ships right to your door for FREE ! It doesn't get any better than that. With the price of gasoline now a days online shopping is getting more and more sensible. I live out in the hills (9,000 ft) and the closest auto supply (or any supply) store is 50+ miles one way. When Amazon will ship whatever right to my home it saves me a whole lot of time and money. And the best thing is I don't have to give my hard earned dollars to china mart. Yahoo!!

Royal Purple 05154 API-Licensed SAE 15W-40 High Performance Synthetic Motor Oil - 5 Gallon

Used this oil in my Ford 7.3 with a slide in camper on the back. 5,000 miles driven. No loss of oil. Vehicle started and ran well. Toss up between Amsoil and Royal Purple. Make your own choice but Royal Purple does not make an oil filter for the 7.3. Extended drain intervals are good but you have to change your oil filter to extend. K&N were recommended by Royal Purple. Amsoil makes a filter so there is no inconvenience if you are traveling. All in all, it seemed to work well in my truck.

Red Line Racing Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) - 1 Quart, Pack of 12

This transmission fluid works well on Honda/Acura automatic transmissions. I use this on my Acura TL-S 2003 automatic transmission. If you are not familiar with Acura TL/CL transmissions, they are very fragile and subject to an engineering defect where oil passages get clogged up inside the transmission and do not allow for proper cooling. High heat=mechanical failure. This transmission fluid doesn't remedy the flaw but it helps by reducing temperatures because the clutches inside lock up quicker and do not slip as much due to less Friction modifiers inside the fluid. Less friction=less heat.Just a reminder, Acura TL transmissions hold I believe ~8qt fluid and you can only change out ~3qt at a time. So when you do a drain and refill with redline racing atf, you only get ~40% Racing ATF. There are threads on acurazine.com that show that ~68% is the optimal ratio of racing fluid to whatever old fluid you have, that's about 2 drain and refills on an Acura TL-S 2003 transmission. Having too much racing ATF may not allow for the clutches to disengage correctly. My vehicle has been running a ~68% of redline racing atf for about 13,000 miles, starting at 80,000 miles. I do 80% city miles, stop and go. The old fluid still left is Honda Z-1. The car is running great and one thing about synthetic transmission fluid is that it lasts a long time. I probably wont change the transmission fluid for another 40-50,000 miles.I will update this review in a year or so, it just takes me a while to…
